Lesson 5

Interactive Map of Hong Kong
It is a good sample to motive us to learn Flash and it is successful to develop our skills to design interactive materials with Flash.

I am going to use interactive map to introduce the capital of China, Beijing.

Reference Books:
- Illustrating with Macromedia Flash MX 2004, Robert Firebaugh, (call no. 510.7834 FIR)

- Visual QuickStart Guide Macromedia Flash for Windows & Macintosh, Katherine Ulrich Peachpit Press (call no. 510.7834 ULR)

I enjoy looking at the Interactive Map of Hong Kong developed by
Flash. This is a good example and motivation for us to learn more functions of flash.

Candy,

Do you know how to make this kind of interactive map? I have difficult in setting the parts of button. If you are free in this holiday, will you want to go to Maria's home for learning it together? If yes, call me!

Dear Pui Man,

I will make use of this Easter Holiday to learn more functions of Flash:

I have already borrowed the following books from the public libraries:

- Illustrating with Macromedia Flash MX 2004
(510.7834 FIR)

- Macromedia Flash for Windows and Macintosh
(510.7834 ULR)

- 2004 Flash MX
(312.92 3132)

I hope I can manage before the next lesson, 10th April, 2007. However, up to this moment, I am not very skillful in handling Flash with Photostory and buttons.

One of your best classmates:
